Anterior Deltoid

 

Steps for doing:

 

1.The Coloured part is being stretched

 

2.Lean against the wall as shown in figure.

 

3.Elbow abuts the wall.

 

4.Maintain  an angle of 90 degree between right arm and right side body.

 

5.Hands supported on the wall.

 

6.Only body moves in front.

 

 

 

 

biceps brachii

Steps for doing:

 

1.The coloured part is being stretched.

 

2.Right Arm elbow and forearm in straight line.

 

3.Maintain an angle of 90 degree between right arm and right side body.

 

4.Thumb facing the ground.

Steps for doing:

 

1.The coloured part in being stretched.

 

2.Right upper limb in straight line.

 

3.Hold the right wrist with left hand as shown.

 

4.Pull the right wrist region downward & forward.

1.The coloured part is being stretched.

 

2.Right hand behind the body.

 

3.Hold the wrist region as shown with left hand.

 

4.Pull by the left hand upwards & towards left

Steps for doing:

 

1.The coloured part is being stretched.

 

2.For right deltoid stretch, right hand behind the body.

 

3.Right elbow abuts the body.

 

4.Right hand pulled by left hand, towards downwards & left side.

 

5.Spine, head & neck in straight position.

Steps for doing:

 

1.The coloured part is being stretched.

 

2.For right deltoid stretch, right hands supported on opposite shoulder.

 

3.Elbow raised at the level of neck.

 

4.Hold right elbow with left hand as shown.

 

5.Push elbow across neck towards left

 

 

 

 

 

triceps brachii

Steps for doing:

 

1.The coloured part is being stretched.

 

2.Right elbow behind the head.

 

3.Hold right elbow with left hand as shown.

 

4.Pull the elbow region towards left by left hand.
