Steps for doing:

 

1.The coloured part is being stretched.

 

2.Hold the right wrist region, with right palm facing the ground.

 

3.Left hand holding wrist with thumb facing up.

 

4.Rotate right forearm with left hand.

 

5.Right upper limb in straight line.

3)Right palm facing above

 

4)Right thumb facing towards front

4.Rotate right palm with left hand posteriorly.
