Steps for doing:

 

1.The coloured part is being stretched.

 

2.Stabilize the left leg.

 

3.Bend right foot behind & towards left as shown.

 

4.Toes are bend as shown.

 

 

 

 

extensor hallucis longus

Extensor Hallucis Longus

Steps for doing:

 

1.The coloured part is being stretched.

 

2.Stabilize the left leg.

 

3.Bend right  big toe behind  & posteriorly as shown

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

fibularis longus and brevis

Fibularis Longus and Brevis

Steps for doing:

 

1.The coloured part is being stretched.

 

2.Right lower limb in straight line.

 

3.Hold the towel behind the sole of the foot as shown.

 

4.Pull the left end of the towel.

 

5.Right foot is rotated towards left.

3.Hold the right foot toes 2,3, and 4.

2.Stand against wall as shown.

 

3.Right lower limb in straight line.

 

4.Don’t bend right knee.

 

5.Bend at left knee region.

 

6.Bend at the right ankle region.

 

7.Move upper body(above hip) forward as shown.

Steps for doing:

 

1.The coloured part is being stretched

 

2.Stand against wall as shown.

 

3.Stabilize left leg.

 

4.Right lower limb bend at right knee region.

 

5.Also bend at the right ankle region.

 

6.Move forward as shown.

 

 

 

tibialis posterior

Steps for doing:

 

1.The coloured part is being stretched.

 

2.Keep a towel behind right knee.

 

3.Hold the sole of foot with the towel as shown.

 

4.Pull the right hand end of the towel.

 

5.Rotate the right foot  towards right side.

3.Bend forward with sole of the feet facing behind.

3.Hold the right knee as shown.

 

4.Rotate right ankle region outwards.
