1.The coloured part is being stretched.

 

2.Standing position leaning  on the wall.

 

3.Flex right leg towards left side and upwards as shown.

2.Lie down.

 

3.Right leg over left leg.

 

4.Lift left leg above as shown.

2.Lift right leg upwards & towards left as shown.

 

3.Right knee towards left shoulder.
