Mind and its thought process is more powerful, has all the potentials untamed within. The one and only powerful tool in the universal existence. It needs to be manipulated and streamlined , to conquer anything and everything in life.

In my journey as medical practitioner found most of the disease can be prevented by simple changes in their lifestyle and food habits. More than 50% of disease are related to musculoskeletal dysfunction, which can be modified by simple activities and exercises. Proper applied ergonomics prevents degeneration of bone and joints. Around 30% of disease are related to life style and food habits. Remaining 20% covers all congenital, genetically predisposed, trauma and infectious diseases.


Disease prevention


Training your mind with simple exercises, helps to modify brain waves and thought by which you can alter biochemical reactions occurring at the cellular level.Training your physical body with easy to do exercises will modify the genetic predispositions and increase the ability of the body to overcome all disease. Training your brain with special exercises , activates all parts of the brain to increase brain potential and performance.


Importance of physical fitness


We conduct classes for physical fitness. Neuromuscular exercises stimulates nerve, which helps to maintain normal muscle tone. Joint exercises stimulates ligament complex, maintains bone and joint integrity. COG (center of gravity) maintaining and balancing exercises prevents wear and tear , eliminates stress and strain to the bone joint ligament tendon muscle complex , bone joint degeneration can be prevented. A small problem in physical body, will affect the entire system, modifies biochemical reaction in your body , affects your mind.


Importance of food habits


Though we know the role of healthy diet , we misuse while implementing on daily basis. We over eat healthy diet , poisoning our body. Food has to be consumed like medicines. Less we eat, more healthier we are. We live in a culture , where food has to be tastier and we go in search of it. The truth is more the tastier food , more harm it does to the body. We conduct classes to guide from selection of food , various way to cook, methods to chew and eat food. Eating habits has to be regularised to fulfil hunger, not to fill stomach. First step in conquering your mind / physical body is to have control over what we eat, how to eat, and when to eat.
